Paleo Gingerbread Loaf

This is a great recipe for December, that's perfect for breakfast or a snack with a nice mug of tea. It's suitable for Paleo, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets.

INGREDIENTS:

⅔ cup molasses
4 eggs
¼ cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
optional: 1 tsp orange zest
